Adding races has never been faster.
From your Mako360 Performance tab, you can now quickly log races without using the video analysis engine. Enter details manually, or let AI detect races and splits automatically — even from screenshots. Perfect for tracking results between meets or when race footage isn’t available.
Race Pace Calculator
Set a goal time, and Mako shows you what it will take to get there.
The new Race Pace Calculator breaks down target times into training paces and benchmarks, helping athletes and coaches align preparation with performance.
Customer Support Agent (Beta)
Meet your new assistant — available 24/7 inside MakoSwim. Our AI Customer Support Agent is now live in beta! Click the chat button in the bottom right corner to start a conversation — it works in most languages, helping you get instant answers on features, setup, or troubleshooting. You can even ask it questions in your language.

Athletes can now add private notes to their workouts, creating a personal space to record how they felt, what went well, and what to focus on next. It’s a simple tool that deepens awareness of training, recovery, and progress — built right into the Mako ecosystem. Meet the new athlete journal.
Push Notifications
Stay connected and keep athletes on track. Push Notifications are now live in MakoSwim, sending real-time updates straight to the app — including reminders for athletes to complete wellness surveys. Coaches and athletes can stay synced with instant alerts for workouts, updates, and team communication.
