Mako360
Everything you know
about a swimmer, together
Mako360 is the analytics side of MakoSwim. Training load and attendance by group, a daily wellness board that reads each athlete against their own normal, and every race they have swum. All of it from data your sessions already produce.

The training, counted
How much has each group actually done
Planned volume against what was swum, session counts and training load by period. The question "how much has this group trained this week" stops being a guess.
Who is falling behind
A per-athlete table of attendance, volume and compliance, so the swimmer quietly missing a third of the work shows up before the taper does it for you.
What the training was made of
Distribution across energy zones, strokes and equipment. Useful when a season felt aerobic and the numbers disagree.
It comes from the sessions you already wrote
Nothing here is a separate data-entry job. Attendance and volume come out of MakoSets and the register you took on deck.
Wellness
Against their own normal
Athletes check in daily from their own portal. The board sorts your squad for the day: below their normal, slightly below, injured, at their normal, missing, not expected in.
The comparison is personal. Six and a half hours of sleep is routine for one swimmer and a flag for another whose normal is eight and a half. Once someone has enough check-ins, the board knows their usual range and only surfaces what is unusual for them.
It reports. It does not diagnose, and it does not tell you what to do. That call stays yours.

Every swim they have ever done
Every timed swim, in one history
Race and training efforts together, with personal records flagged automatically as they happen.
Open a single swim
Splits, pacing, turns, underwater work, stroke efficiency and the video, on one screen rather than four.
Put two swims side by side
Compare any two performances, including across different teams, to see what actually changed between them.
A score for context
Aqua Points on every standard performance, so you can tell whether a time is good for the event and the age or only good for the swimmer.
Questions
- Do athletes have to fill anything in?
- Only the daily wellness check-in, which they complete in their own athlete portal. Training volume and attendance come from the sessions and the register the coach already takes.
- How does the wellness board decide something is unusual?
- It compares each athlete against their own recent normal, not against a fixed team-wide threshold. Once someone has enough check-ins, the board learns their usual range and highlights only what is unusual for them.
- Does it tell me what to do about a flagged athlete?
- No, and that is deliberate. The board reports what was submitted and how it compares to that athlete’s own normal. What you do about it is a coaching decision, not a software one.
- Is there a separate alerts page to keep on top of?
- No. Flags surface on the notification bell and land you on the wellness board, which is the single place you triage from.
