Founder, Designer
Eric Anderson
Eric grew up in competition arenas, stopwatch in hand beside his father. Today, he’s coached national teams in Denmark and Malaysia, guiding swimmers to the Olympics, World Championships, and international podiums. But behind the medals, he saw inefficiency — fragmented tools and endless admin slowing coaches down. Eric co-founded Mako App to streamline the daily workflow and give coaches back what matters most: time and freedom to focus on their athletes. Eric is the driving force behind the functionality and application of Mako App and its products.

Kelly Reed
Kelly brings a rare blend of sports business expertise and coaching experience. As a coach, she has worked with athletes and performance teams at the highest levels — managing the complex demands of training cycles, long-term planning, and performance. Beyond competition arenas, she has built her career in sports brands and partnerships, translating athletic needs into solutions that create real impact. At Mako App, Kelly bridges the gap between coaching insight and product innovation, ensuring the platform not only works for coaches but elevates the value it brings to clubs, teams, and partners.

Lachlan Reed
Lachlan is living the athlete’s pursuit of excellence, training and competing across multiple countries with countless coaches and sports scientists. He knows the universal truth of sport: the bond between coach and athlete is the essence of success. Frustrated by the inefficiency of paper-based workout systems, he envisioned a tool to centralize everything. At Mako App, Lachlan brings athletes and coaches a 360° view of wellness, training, and performance, helping every swimmer chase excellence. Lachlan drives business relations and partnerships, along with an athlete-first development approach.

Mark Ng
Mark is a multi-disciplinary designer based in Singapore, focused on crafting practical, user-centered experiences. Experienced across the full spectrum of design, from concept to execution, he balances creativity with real-world needs to create solutions that work for people — and with people. A passionate recreational swimmer and sportsman, Mark brings both design excellence and a love of sport to Mako.

Mahmoud Sheikh Alard
Mahmoud is the founder behind Z-Flow UG, a German consultancy specializing in development and application solutions. With expertise across platforms, he designs and implements scalable systems that replace fragile processes with custom, automation-driven platforms. Partnering with startups, agencies, and SMEs, Mahmoud blends technical depth with entrepreneurial vision. A passionate traveler and active sports enthusiast, he enjoys being outdoors and exploring.
