What can MAKO AI actually answer?

Is MAKO AI included in my Mako Swim plan?
Yes. Every Mako Swim plan includes MAKO AI and the AI Knowledge Base — no add-on, no usage charges.
Does MAKO AI use my data to train external models?
No. MAKO AI runs on your team's data only. Your athletes' records and your uploaded documents are never shared outside your organization or used to train external models.
Can I use voice instead of typing?
Yes. Record a voice message — MAKO AI transcribes it, runs it as a query, and replies in chat.
How is MAKO AI different from ChatGPT or generic AI?
